Do they want to win the game? 2 crucial running situations in a row where they've subbed him out for no apparent reason. Guess what happened? The drive stalled

Look like he was limping after the long run. We will see

        Got it. Hopefully it's minor

That excuse works on the last drive, but not when they were 1st and goal on the 2 yard line. DJ is the absolute perfect back for short yardage situations and they decided to do everything but put it in his hands.

Well, at least DJ looks fine and Kerwynn Williams has sown he's pretty good at getting negative yardage.

Gave it to him on the first play for a short gain. That sack on 2nd down when they tried to fake it to DJ and get a short throw was the killer. IMO it was a good play call, just not executed well.

Nice numbers, was targeted 7 times on passes - what happened on the two not caught? Was he kept in to block on any passing plays and if so, did he protect well?

Sounds like he was icing and favoring his right knee late in the game. Hope it isn't anything too serious.

on a tangent note, happened across this video from last week:

evidently they put a mic on him vs. St. Louis. Which is kind of funny, as he does very little talking during the game. Was cool to see what the other people had to say to him though.

I thought he was supposed to be mic'd up for tonight but is was a Johnson on their D. Or I missed the time that they tuned into him.

One incomplete was the near TD that he was stumbling and running backwards/sideways on.

I think the other one credited was supposed to be a dump down over the middle but Palmer threw it into the ground a couple yards behind him on the route-was a little pressure but I think it was more of a Palmer miscue.

Outgained Adrian Peterson, no fumbles, 5 catches. Good outing.

Thanks. Try to catch the Cardinals this year, could not watch it last night.

David suffered a quad contusion (aka "thigh bruise") on the first possession against the Vikings, but should likely be alright. Will be good for him to have a bit longer to recuperate (10 day) before having to play again in next week's Sunday Night Football matchup against the Eagles.

Nice article. If you'd like to read something nice before bed on an otherwise crappy day.
