    Re: Class of 2016--Football Recruits

    Per Twitter...

Panthers pick up a commit from a WR/SS from Milwaukee tonight.

    Shannon Sanford...6'3" and 190 lbs.

    Don't know much else.
Winning is more fun than losing.

Marcel Minniefield...DT out of the KC area...committed to the Panthers today per Twitter.

6'2" and 295 lbs. Low center of gravity, quick and athletic.

This looks like a good one. So hard to get DT's at the FCS level.

Spencer Brown has appeared to pick up an offer from UNI. He also has that he is a UNI Commit on his Twitter page.
Wonder what position he will play. Yahoo Sports has him as an OT, but he is listed as a TE and DE other places.

He looks like a BIG kid with some athleticism.

        Highlights- Junior Year

Tolu Ogunrinde has committed to UNI

at 6'2" 220, he is athletic and he appears to be a Beast.

From what I've read he appears to be headed to the defensive side of the ball.

6' 8" and 235 lbs. You don't see that frame very often.

Kid looks athletic and has no problem catching the ball on that video. I think you go TE and make this kid your next Oordt or Lehman.

Getting a little excited about how this class is coming together.

Let's see what they can do over the next month to finish it off.

Is there a running list of committed players somewhere? As in one continuous post, website, or google doc?
The Lord reigns, let the earth be glad; let the distant shores rejoice, clouds and thick darkness surround Him; righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne. Fire goes before Him, and consumes his foes on every side; His lightning lights up the world; the earth sees and trembles; the mountains melt like wax before the Lord of all the earth. The heavens proclaim His righteousness and all peoples will see His glory.

For what it's worth...that Twitter post by Tolu to announce his decision was as well done as anything I've seen. Thanked all the people in his life who've helped him get there and all the coaches who've recruited him for making it a great experience.

                      Nicely done.

This is a great idea. I may consider this in the future. I love doing this stuff but as many of us know a full-time job can interfere with this.

Jeremiah Johnson twitted 3 commits in past 2days. Anyone got names?
"We're not an ordinary school," said Fort. "We have tradition. We have a good team year after year. We rebuild, and it doesn't matter who we have coming back."

Wow, we have picked up some really big Wideouts this year. It was a position of need and we pulled in some really Tall young men. 6'4", 6'4", 6'2", just right off the top. Over all I think the entire crop of recruits for UNI are pretty tall.
