Sounds like UNI will be hosting a spring volleyball "tournament" on Sat. April 21st with Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Northwestern, and Wisconsin coming in.

If true, that's quite the lineup (I know it's just spring ball, but still)

also saw UNI tentatively listed for the April 14th tournament at Minnesota, with NDSU and SDSU.

obviously this hasn't been finalized, and may be tentative, but I noticed that unipanthers.com did have a 2012 volleyball schedule up now.

I'm pretty sure that they can. At least that was the case last year. Though it can be somewhat of a challenge to find the place, if (like me) you aren't terribly familiar with the WRC.

Only 10 home matches (9 conference and a match against Northern Illinois).

First weekend is at Purdue, facing the Boilermakers, Pittsburgh, and George Washington U.
Second weekend is at USC, taking on Boston College, the Trojans, and Mississippi State.
Then a Wednesday match against Iowa State at Ames
Third weekend is Marquette, going up against Wake Forest, Michigan, and the Golden Eagles.
Then a Tuesday home match against NIU.

First weekend of conference play is spent in Peoria, where Bradley is hosting a tournament. The Panthers will take on the Braves on Friday night, and then Arkansas State and Long Beach State on Saturday.

The conference tournament will take place at Missouri State.

Purdue, USC, Iowa State, Michigan, Marquette, NIU, LBSU, Missouri State, and Wichita State all made the NCAA tournament last season, with Iowa State making the regional finals and USC making it to the Final Four.

Don't know. However, we did get season tickets for basketball/volleyball. Awesome deal.

I'm not up on VB recruiting - how are things looking at setter to replace Bre Payton?
